My suggestion is to add the Panzerkampfwagen B-2 740 (f) to the German premium tanks line.
The original tank (Char B1 bis) could be also a low tier heavy tank in the hypothetical French tech tree.
In 1940, during the Campaign of France, the Wehrmacht was surprised when discovering that french army was equipped with heavy tanks : the Char B1, whose main production variant was the Char B1 bis (369 built).
After the fall of France, Germans captured 161 of these tanks, and renamed them Panzerkampfwagen B-2 740 (f).
They also converted 60 of these tanks into flamethrower tanks : Flammwagen auf Panzerkampfwagen B-2 (f), and 16 into 105 mm self-propelled artillery.
The Panzerkampfwagen B-2 740 (f) was used as second line and training vehicles. But they saw action in the Balkans campaign and on the Eastern Front.
